一、个人简介

沈晨,深圳国际量子研究院副研究员,主要从事超低损耗异质集成光子芯片研究,发表SCI论文20余篇,参与科技创新2030、国家重点研发计划等重大项目。依托国量院芯片中心,突破氮化硅光子芯片工艺瓶颈,建成国内首条6英寸氮化硅CMOS工艺线。
