一、个人简介

利用微纳加工手段制备量子器件,如约瑟夫森结、低维超导器件、非常规超导薄膜、拓扑绝缘体、拓扑半金属等,并在极低温强磁场条件下利用量子输运手段研究器件的新奇物性,探索后摩尔时代的新型器件。
